All time low.

Today I got my body fat tested in the dunk tank. This was the first time getting tested in the tank. Before getting into the water, I jumped on the scale and to my surprise I weighed in at a staggering 178. I have not been under 180 since my freshman year in high school. Nick and Nicole your program is whittling me down to nothing :) I did finally get back on track with my training today. The swimming is getting easier and easier. I am looking forward to my first open water swim. I still need to get some shoes and pedals for my bike, so I can try out my trainer. I am going to check out some stores tomorrow. Well, time to go eat so I don't wake up at 170.

  1. I love it! I guess I need to get you on a meal plan too...to beef you up so you do not whoop Nick! :) JK. This triathlon shit really gets you in the best shape of your life! I'm glad swimming is getting easier...we just had to figure out that breathing thing with you! :) Keep up the great work! Nic

  2. Damn boy... eat a burger! Remember, the lighter you are the faster (more efficient) you are. Don't be afraid of 165?! :) That's my goal!
